This is the second car we have purchased from Macklin Motors, Ed East. When our previous car expired, we reviewed the options on the website, which is easy to use. We found the extensive photographs and video very helpful in selecting a second-hand car. The Sales Exec gave us comprehensive guidance on the many options available to us, and was very helpful throughout. We had an opportunity to review the car we had identified online. On our return to collect the car, we found the car waiting for us, fuelled and ready. The Sales Exec was on standby to give us a second step-by-step talk through of the key features of the car, to ensure we were comfortable before leaving the dealership. Throughout the process, all staff were professional, helpful and good-humoured. We would like to thank everyone for their assistance.
