Luke was extremely helpful in demonstrating the functions of each vehicle and their associated cost. After consideration, I decided on a vehicle that you had pre registered in the showroom as my current vehicle was off the road being repaired and I urgently required a replacement. Luke was very helpful in offering advice on the various finance options available and whilst this process was being discussed, I was looking at other vehicles that were in the showroom. Before completing the purchase of the pre registered vehicle, Luke advised on an alternative vehicle that was available in the showroom. Whilst this vehicle was not pre registered and it was also an upgraded vehicle with a higher price, I opted to reconsider and purchased the higher valued vehicle. Luke was very proactive in ensuring that vehicle was ready within 3 days and went the extra mile to personally deliver the vehicle to me...
