Hi Vertu, I recently purchased a used VW from your Nottingham South showroom. As I live over 100 miles away from that dealership I used the walkround video service to view the car and had a chat with the Sales Executive, to find out the cars details. The Sales Executive was friendly and easy to deal with. I purchased the car as a result of my conversation with the Sales Executive and online view. A pickup date/time was arranged. At the showroom, I enjoyed the showroom hospitality, chatted with the Sales Executive, some of the Managers, all were very open and friendly. The car wasn't quite fully prepped when I arrived, but I was looked after, kept informed by the Sales Executive it was being finished off....(onsite wheel refurb was being finished)... and given some personal hospitality by the Franchise Manager because of the unanticipated wait. To be fair it was an unexpectedly busy afternoon in the showroom on New Years Eve! When the car was presented it was 'as new'... I was impressed. But I would really like to mention the 'personal' touch from the staff which was very well received...Thanks you all. Please take this positive feedback, and you will be my first call when it�s time to replace my vehicle.
